This website is run by Foodos India Pvt. Ltd, Plot No. B7, Winway World Offices, 2nd Floor, Scheme No. 54, Vijay Nagar, Indore 452010, Madhya Pradesh. Using it means you accept what is written here.
Who may use this site
You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract. If you are using the site for a business, you confirm you are entitled to act for that business.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has got in.
We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms, to defraud, or to disrupt the site.
Products, prices and availability
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless it says otherwise.
Prices and stock can change without notice. We try to describe every product accurately, but colours on a screen and small differences between batches are normal in ground spices.
If a price is shown wrongly because of an error, we may cancel the order and return your money in full. We will tell you before doing so.
Orders
An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept it and confirm despatch. We may decline an order — because stock ran out, because the delivery area is not served, or because the details could not be verified.
Delivery times are estimates, not promises. Free delivery applies above Rs. 500, and below that a delivery charge of Rs. 50 is added. Both are shown before you confirm, and both can change — the amount shown at checkout is the one that applies.
Cash on Delivery is available. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels may mean we stop offering it to that address.

Distributorship enquiries
Sending an enquiry is not an application, and it creates no right and no agreement. It tells us you are interested.
Appointing a distributor is entirely our decision, and we are not obliged to explain a decision either way. Territory, margins, credit and targets are settled in a separate written agreement — nothing on this website sets them, and nothing said in a phone call or on WhatsApp binds us until it is in that agreement.
Any onboarding fee, where one applies, is stated in full before it is paid. If we decline your application, the fee is refunded within 15 working days. If you withdraw after we have accepted you and begun the onboarding, the fee is not refunded, because the work it pays for has been done.
Job applications
Applying is not an offer of employment, and we are not obliged to respond to every application.
What is ours
The Foodos name, logo, product photographs, text and design on this site belong to us. Do not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.
Anything you send us — an enquiry, a testimonial, a photograph — you confirm is yours to send, and you allow us to use it in connection with our business. Testimonials appear only after we approve them, and you can ask us to take yours down.
Using the site properly
Do not attempt to break into, overload or interfere with the site, extract data from it in bulk, or use automated software against its forms. Do not submit somebody else's personal details as your own.
Outside links
Where we link to WhatsApp, YouTube or another service, you are on their service under their terms once you tap. We are not responsible for what happens there.
What we are responsible for
We keep the site running as well as we reasonably can. We do not promise it will be available without interruption.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost business, lost opportunity. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order that the claim relates to.
Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be limited.
Food safety and labelling
Our products are manufactured under valid FSSAI licences. The manufacturing unit for a pack, its address and its FSSAI licence number are shown on the pack and behind the QR code printed on it.
Store as printed on the pack. Use before the date printed on it.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top will change with them, and continuing to use the site means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
